Welcome to The Cascadilla School

The Cascadilla School, founded in 1876 as a preparatory school for Cornell University, is an independent co-educational, not-for-profit high school.

The school offers students an accelerated curriculum in grades nine through twelve as well as in a post graduate year. Cascadilla School is recognized and accredited by the New York State Department of Education and has maintained its historical association with Cornell University through the use of its libraries, dining halls, and other facilities. Students from countries all over the world and from the United States are guided by an expert faculty on our campus in Ithaca, New York. Our graduates matriculate at leading colleges and universities through the United States.

07-22-2014   Cascadillians named AP Scholars

Three Cascadillians have been recognized by the College Board for their performance on the Advanced Placement (AP) Exams. Ruoyu Li (14) and Xinxin Wang (14) were named AP Scholars with Honor and Lizhou Sha (14) was named an AP Scholar with Distinction as well as a National AP Scholar. Congratulations to all three!
